1. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

2. CAN I CUSTOMISE AN ORDER?
Yes, customization is possible in terms of colors, sleeve and other minor adjustments. For any customization request, we request you to contact us at +91 9910331705 or email us at labelsaniyasharma@gmail.com
For plus sizes, 'XL' and above (bust size 40.5 inch and above), we charge a 10% additional charge on the retail product price depending on the customisation.
3. DOES THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT CHANGE FOR CUSTOMISED ORDER?
Price of the order remains unchanged in of color customisation. However, customisation required in case of sleeve or neck adjustments etc. , there will be an additional customisation charge applicable and will be added to the final billing amount. 4. HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?
We refer to our standard size chart as displayed on the product page. However, we encourage you to send your measurements after placing an order to have the product made specifically to your size. In case of any questions regarding the size chart, feel free to contact us.

5. WHAT IF MY SIZE DOES NOT MATCH WITH THE SIZE CHART?
Our products are especially designed for you. We would love to design our products based on your requirements. You can send us your measurements after placing an order to have the product made specifically to your size. We note that an additional charge will be applicable based on order with a bust size of more than 40.5.
6. WHAT IF I WANT ANY CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS OF AN EXISTING ORDER?
As per our policy, we do not make any changes to the orders once placed. Further, orders once placed cannot be cancelled/exchanged or refund.
7. ARE THE COLORS OF THE PRODUCT SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE ACCURATE?
All our products are handcrafted and especially chosen for you. Due to the intricate and exclusive nature of the products available on our Site, we ensure that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is closest to the product. However, there may be slight variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.
8. WHAT IF I ORDER MULTIPLE PRODUCTS?

9. HOW DO I MAKE THE PAYMENT?
Payments can be made through Bank transfer, Paytm or by Debit or Credit card. We accept International Payment and all major domestic & international credit cards.
10. HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
We will email you the tracking number once your order is shipped. You can track the order on the concerned courier partner’s website.
